Our line of macarons are well known in the local area and are fast becoming a favorite. We are quickly becoming known for some of the best macarons you can find at home or abroad. Come to our store and try them for yourself to see what all the buzz is about!
After purchase, we recommend keeping Macaron Sweeterie macarons in the refrigerator or freezer to keep their freshness. Allow them to come to room temperature before serving to experience the best taste and texture (about 20 minutes or 2 hours from freezer). Typical shelf life for our macarons is 7 days in a refrigerated environment or 4 months frozen.
Allergy Considerations: We at Macaron Sweeterie are committed to exceptional standards of quality control and kitchen organization. We are a small shop with all our equipment shared. We only use high-quality, finely-ground almond flour for making our macarons shells which are 100% gluten free with no trans fat. In addition to the use of dairy and nut products, other ingredients that may be of concern to those with food allergies include tree nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnut, walnuts and pecans), pine nuts and peanuts.
