A Macaron (pronunced: ma-kah-rhon) is a sweet confectionery made with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour or fresh ground almond, and food coloring. The macaron is commonly filled with buttercream, ganache or jam filling sandwiched between two macaron shells. Each of Macaron Sweeterie macarons has its own personality.  They are all made to be savoured for their delicacy and unique character.
